Antonio de la Riva The wine is ruby redFrom the young vines planted on the Sur Priault lieu dit in the Chablis area, this 100% Chardonnay was hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts, then aged on fine lees in mostly stainless steel with a small portion in older oak and bottled unfined, unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
