In the Cerro Las Monjas vineyard of Barranco Oscuro, located in the Alpujarrasthe southern part of the Sierra NevadaGarnacha, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot are cultivated across a few hectares of land. Despite the altitude, the
