In 1899, the White Star Line president, a guy named Ismay, had a plan to build four ships in ten years. Each would be large and luxurious. They were Celtic, Baltic, Cedric, and Adriatic. Their stories are told in this Postcard History lesson. If it didn’t sound so corny, we would wish you, Bon Voyage!
