    A time-honored American institution, the Girl Scouts, has a tradition of trust, loyalty, service, and courtesy. Founded in 1912 by Juliette Gordon Low, millions of young girls learned the attributes of good citizenship as members. Girl Scout postcards are highly collectible. After the Cuban Revolution, Americans no longer vacationed in Cuba for a variety of reasons. Today, 65-years later, some few Americans venture south to Havana, but high-living holidays are not part of their itineraries. Such is the shame.
