A restauranteur’s worst nightmare is an empty dining room. Do you wonder why so many postcards of restaurant interiors show empty dining rooms? So do I! It is doubtful that many were ever mailed, maybe they were pasted in scrapbooks. I was so concerned, I wrote a poem.
