Jack Dempsey and Sugar Ray Robinson were champion boxers — Dempsey as a heavyweight and Robinson as a middleweight and welterweight. While they fought in different eras of “the sweet science,” their post-fighting paths led them to New York City and the restaurant business.

The only zoologist I know calls critters like the ostrich The Creator’s Experiments; He just wanted to see if they would work. The accounts in Genesis tell us the birds were made on day five. Since day five is a little late in the creation week maybe “experiments” is a little harsh.
