In order for a business to survive, it must advertise, but advertising is expensive. To be cost-effective, you cannot spend large sums of cash. Direct mail using postcards is one way to save. A hundred years later we examine the cards used in this cost effective method to sell products and services. They bring laughs and tears and many would still work well today.
