In the 1930s, if your name was in the Hollywood phonebook the Langshaw Postcard Company, Los Angeles, or the Curt Teich Company, Chicago, made a postcard of your home. Yes, this is an exaggeration but there are many to choose from if you want to collect movie star homes. They are historic and great fun when you compare the many versions.
